URBAN'S EDGE U.S. Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at URBAN'S EDGE. All orders from URBAN'S EDGE are subject to our shipping policy, outlined below. If you have any questions about our shipping practices, please contact our dedicated support team at sales@urbansedge.com.
Where We Ship
URBAN'S EDGE offers shipping to all 50 United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).
All orders must be shipped to a valid, physical address. We do not support shipping to P.O. Boxes at this time.
Processing
We process orders during our normal business hours.
Unless otherwise stated, please allow 1 to 4 business days for us to process your order. Orders received before 11AM EST are usually shipped on the same day.
We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but sometimes life throws us a curveball. (Ahem, Covid-19.) If we are experiencing longer than usual processing times, we will notify you either on our site or by email.
Shipping Rates & Timing
URBAN'S EDGE has multiple shipping rates, depending on either the product or the shipping method chosen. The shipping charge will be calculated and displayed during checkout. An estimate of the time it takes to deliver your order will be provided on our website. Please remember that the time it takes to process your order is a separate estimate from the time it takes to ship and deliver your order.
Tracking Your Order
When your order has shipped, we will send you an email with tracking info so you can check in on the delivery of your order. If you don’t receive this email in a timely fashion, please reach out to us at sales@urbansedge.com.
