In these Terms, 'we,' 'us,' and 'our' mean Urban’s Edge and Co. By accessing this website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies incorporated below, to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. Our online store is powered by Shopify.

1. Online Store Eligibility and Acceptable Use

By using this website, you represent that you are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction or are using the website with appropriate parental or guardian consent. You may not use the website or products for unlawful purposes, violate another party’s rights, or introduce malicious code. We may restrict access for misuse, subject to applicable law.

2. General Conditions

We may refuse or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, product unavailability, or legal restrictions, subject to applicable law. You agree not to reproduce, resell, or exploit website content or access without permission. 5. Products, Product Care, and Returns

Our offerings include tattoo and piercing aftercare, skincare, professional tattoo artist supplies, and other products. Follow product labels and directions, including any applicable professional-use limitations. Stop using a product and seek appropriate medical advice if a concerning reaction occurs. Product colors and packaging may vary slightly from online images. Due to hygiene and product-integrity considerations, designated skincare, aftercare, and professional-use products are generally final sale, subject to the exceptions and legal rights described in our Refund & Return Policy. Minor cosmetic tin dents, heat-related softening, and limited oil seepage do not automatically constitute defects; genuine safety or usability concerns will be evaluated.

Color Accuracy and Ember Ink Pigments: We make reasonable efforts to show product colors accurately, but photographs and digital displays vary with monitor calibration, brightness, lighting, device settings, and reproduction. Ember Ink tattoo pigment appearance can also differ depending on skin tone, application technique, and healing. Online swatches and product photographs are illustrative and do not guarantee exact color matching or healed results. Minor color-display differences alone do not establish a product defect; verified mislabeling, contamination, or other genuine quality problems remain subject to our Refund & Return Policy and applicable law. Tattoo pigments and professional supplies must be used in accordance with their labels, safety instructions, and applicable professional requirements.

6. Orders, Billing, and Account Information

You agree to provide accurate order, shipping, contact, and payment information. We may limit quantities or review orders where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud or comply with law. If an order is canceled after payment, any refund owed will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our published policies.

7. Purchase Options and Appstle Subscriptions

Eligible products may be offered as one-time purchases or recurring subscriptions administered through Appstle Subscriptions. Available intervals may include one, three, or five months, as shown at checkout. By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges at the disclosed price and frequency until canceled, subject to the terms disclosed during enrollment and applicable law. Customers ordinarily manage changes, pauses (where offered), and cancellation through their subscription account or Appstle customer portal. Complete cancellation before the next scheduled renewal to prevent future charges. An email or social-media message alone does not automatically cancel a subscription. Cancellation generally does not reverse charges already processed. For portal technical support, contact support@appstle.com. If the portal is inaccessible or cancellation fails, contact urbansedgetattoo@gmail.com so an appropriate resolution can be arranged in accordance with applicable law. 8. Shipping and Temperature-Sensitive Products

We schedule temperature-sensitive shipments carefully during warmer weather, generally Monday through Wednesday, and may hold a shipment until the following Monday when weekend heat exposure is a concern. Non-temperature-sensitive products may ship Monday through Friday under our regular schedule. In cooler months, orders are generally shipped Monday through Friday based on order volume and availability. Shipping estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise. We may use cooling materials or insulation, but carrier handling and transit temperatures are outside our control. Nothing in these Terms eliminates remedies for products that are actually defective or otherwise protected by law.

9. Third-Party Tools

Our store uses third-party services, including Shopify and Appstle. These services may have their own terms and privacy practices. We are responsible for our own legal obligations and do not disclaim rights or remedies that applicable law gives customers.

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. We do not control their content or policies. Review third-party terms before making transactions outside our website. This provision does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Reviews, Comments, and Submissions

Unless otherwise identified, original website text, artwork, graphics, branding, and other content are owned by Urban’s Edge and Co. or used with permission from their respective owners. No license is granted except the limited right to use the website for lawful personal or business purchasing purposes. Product formulas and proprietary business information may be protected under applicable intellectual property and trade secret laws; these Terms do not imply that every formula is patented or otherwise registered.

16. Disclaimers and Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an 'as available' basis, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We do not exclude or limit any statutory product warranties, consumer rights, remedies for defective goods, liability for personal injury, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any otherwise permissible limitation of liability will apply only to the extent allowed by applicable law. Nothing here excuses our own unlawful conduct or overrides a specific written product warranty.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses and reasonable costs arising directly from your unlawful use of the website or material breach of these Terms, but not for losses caused by our own negligence, misconduct, or violation of law. This provision is subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent legally possible. We may suspend website access for material misuse. Ending website access does not automatically cancel an active Appstle subscription; subscription cancellation must be completed through the available cancellation process or another legally required method.

19. Governing Law and Changes to Terms

Subject to mandatory consumer protections and applicable conflict-of-laws rules, these Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, if Pennsylvania is the business’s proper governing jurisdiction. Confirm this choice with legal counsel before publication. We may post revised Terms with an updated effective date. Changes will not retroactively remove rights already accrued or modify an existing subscription in a manner prohibited by law.
